Karen Avila joined Epsteen & Associates in 2008. A graduate of San Diego State University, her degree in graphic design has helped contribute to the layout and design of leasing and sales marketing brochures for Landlord properties. She maintains an extensive data base of available properties and shopping centers, traffic counts, retailer locations and retailer closings. Her expertise in research and marketing has helped in creating customized maps detailing the demographics, competition, and unique retailer trade areas of San Diego and Imperial Counties.
As part of the Enduring Real Estate team, she keeps up with the latest software releases and keeps teammates up to date for a smoother transition into the technological world. She admits that “one of her best friends is Google” and what she doesn’t know, she researches. In her free time, Karen enjoys reading, spending time with family and going to theme parks, especially Disneyland.
